Apartments Falling Apart

I am sure that more money is put into the maintenance of the landscape than the apartments themselves. My husband and I lived there for just a few months. We hated the experience. There were more problems with the apartment-especially with the plumbing. The only thing we enjoyed were our neighbors!! I would not wish this place on my worst enemy
