First moving in to the apartments were cool. However, I was lied to about the gates working. According to the leasing office they would be fixed, then a month later, they stated that they would be removing the gates shortly. I lived there for a year, the damn gates are still there, broken. I have to admit the staff was very nice when my car was broken into. They allowed me to store my car in one of their garages for a few days at no charge until my window was fixed. However, the sheriff that came to report the accident informed my that there are supposed to be two 24-hour patrol on property, both men that he knows personally that are to make sure anyone walking around the building at a particular time of night should be told to leave or get to their apartment quickly. Sorry to inform you, those particular patrol men never existed at the time I was at the apartment. The pest control was pretty well taken care of. The maintainence was something else. Whenever our washer and dryer was broken it took about two weeks for the repair, but my poor roommate was without a/c in the summer and heat in the winter, because her vent never worked. They never came into fix this. Overall, I had my ups and downs with this community, been at a lot better places. The only two things good about this place was the office staff and the price.
