Older buildings. Ours has severe mold problems that are not being addressed. We had a severe ant infestation for months in the spring. The "security gate" is not functional....it does not even exist. The "hot tub" has been filled in with concrete. The "Gym" has several old pieces of weight equipment of which Not a single one works. The "car wash area" does not have water. The units are drafty and cold in the winter, hot and smelly in the summer. The pool is nice though. The buildings are falling apart, the appliances are old, out dated, and most of the ones in our unit did not work properly. The complex is full of thugs that are very intimidating and security is a big problem. Cars are constantly broken into and stolen here. The office staff is very rude. This complex is a joke....a wrip off....a scam. They will not lift a finger to fix simple things such as heating and a/c (neither of which worked worth a damn in our unit) but will increase your rent every chance they get and say that they have to because they have bills to take care of. However, your safety, comfort and health are of no concern to them and you should not expect anything more than a roof over your head for the price you are paying (which is equal to a mortgage on your own home in the country). Worst renting experience ever. Not to mention they trap you into resignng leases by waiting until yours is almost up then giving you a choice, Sign a new lease by tommoro or watch your rent skyrocket!! They call this a deal...a special because your rent only goes up a little if you sign. But if you are thinking of moving you have literally 1 day to find a new place or you are punished with huge rent increases. The utilities are Astronomical also.The grounds are at least kept up. There is still more....but if you are still considering moving here after all of this....nothing else i say can ever persuade you to stay away.

My girl friend was almost attacked on 2 occassions. Thanks God for pepper spray!!
