Where should I begin. When I first moved here about 13 months ago, everything was fine for the first couple of months until they really showed their true colors. My first complaint was parking. I live in a 2bdrm building and everyone seems to have 2 or MORE cars. I would be forced to almost block someone in or park way in front of another building. That did not bother me as much as all of the times my husband and I encoutered very poor customer service. The very first week we moved in we had to call maitenance for things you would think they would have taken care of before we moved in like the oven, patio door was stuck, and one of the bedroom doors was new and not painted..they just put it up and left. Also we complained about the baseboard being cracked by water damage in the bathroom and that was never fixed. Constant frickin bugs and spiders although they say they spray! For some reason one of the closets did not have a door and when we called them about it they were acting suspicious like we took the door down and SOLD it!!! I've had incidents where I go to the leasing office about a package and they LIED because they were too lazy to look for it so I call the company thinking they were in the wrong when they give me the name of the person IN the leasing office who signed fOR IT!!! Oh some people can break rules and get away with it but others can't... We had a toilet leaking which we called them around 7:30pm and we were told no one would come until the next day bc we have a two bedroom!! Nevermind the carpet is soaked as well as our belongings!!! But oh so quick to slap a violation here and there trying to get their money..and the person who commented below us was dern right about how much TIME or lack thereof was given to us to renew the lease..we asked them about 4 months in advance and they told us we would have to wait!!! Shoot we had no other damn choice but to resign we didn't have enough time to look elsewhere!! I have had to complain over the phone as well as e-mail to mgmt. a few times, its only so many times u can say sorry, the word looses its meaning..we don't even get a newsletter telling us whats going on, the pool was not kept clean, i need to at least smell a little bit of chlorine and the pool and the so called fitness center was only open when the leasing office is open!!! Well most of us are at work during daytime hours!!! fitness center old and outdated.hell i didnt even know we had two pools over here until 8 mths living here....My husband and I will NOT be renewing our lease here again ...these apartment suck!

This person has to much time on their hands. Get a life, you must be a very unhappy person to focus on such little things!

This review was not written by a terminated employee, but an unhappy resident. Less than 30 days at this hell hold and I'm out of here. Couldn't wait to turn in my 60 days notice! Stuck up broads need to find another career if they aren't happy with what they are doing. Do yourselves a favor and apply for a job that you want to do and not because you may be getting a discount on your rent! Whoever interviewed anyone staffed in this leasing office has poor judgement! When you start from scratch from the top-down, everything else will follow. Get rid of the people working for it, I bet this community would be a hell of a lot better!
