There are many tenants who have lived here and know the truth about the office staff, management, the maintenance staff, the bugs, etc. and I am one of them. I absolutely hated this place when I did live there and wouldn't wish even my worst enemy to live here. When I first moved in, there was a different staff here which is why I moved in. The treatment was slightly better at that time. For the last 2 years, the staff changed and for the worse. It's horrible. Current management here is very dishonest and very unorganized and run the office the same way. The office staff, of course, is going to be nice to you if you have no complaints and you leave them alone. Once you start complaining, all of sudden, you're treated horribly, even though you are paying them rent and have every right to get things repaired. They won't accept your correspondences, they'll ban you from the office, you can't get repairs or pest control, but..those of us who have been treated that way by this community, know that it's the truth, so I don't need to defend myself to the non-believers. As a resident who paid them on time each month for the past 4-5 years, they received about $25,000 from me over the course of that time. Nothing was repaired upon request, roaches (excuse me..the big water bugs) were everywhere, the staff was a joke and I was ecstatic when I left. Now, I give my money to another apartment complex and I give it to them with a smile. I love living in a pest free, quiet, clean environment that is NOT hazardous to my health or my living conditions and where the office staff deserves a good resident that pays on time and stays for the long haul. I can tell that where I live now, they appreciate a resident like that and I can tell that they want me to stay....complaints or not. They fix things with a smile and quickly with no excuse, I don't hear my neighbor across the breezeway talking on his cell phone or blasting his music into my apartment, I can't hear a peep from my neighbors, everyone is respectful to everyone else and this is a place that truly DESERVES my $25,000..but, don't let me influence you..or not...If you truly want to check out an apartment community, pull the public records...Court records (see if a resident counter-sued them back), check the BBB records, and check out other sites like this one...It will all come together for you...I got out and..quick. Good Luck and kudos to the ones who did see the truth..You did what "you" needed to do for "you" and be proud of that. You deserved better and you got it. Move in at your own risk. I "left" when I was offered another year by that ridiculous staff and it was the best decision that I ever made.
