When we moved in, within a month there was a gas leak from the fireplace. It took them three days to finally come and fix it, We bugged them everyday! There was a leak behind the waterheater in the utility room which was never fixed. The shower ceiling in the main bathroom caved in every other month or so, They just put new plaster up. never really fixing the leak. I saw tons of mold up there between the two floors and kept telling them about it. I don't know why I put up with it. The dryer vent was clogged, They never fixed it. I wound up fixing that myself. When we moved in I pointed out the rotting boards under the sink, They just put new boards on top. Without really fixing anything else. The dishwasher never worked, They never replaced it. One of the windows we come to find out the lock was broke. They never replaced it. The 2nd bathroom would flood on a bi monthly basis. There was a constant leak in one of the apartments in the building next to us, constant water flooding the street from one of the apartments, They never fixed. We asked for the lights to be fixed in the walk way several times, As we were on a lower level apartment, It was never fixed, Pitch black going into our apartment at night, except for our little door light..

Yes, We notified them all the time of these issues. constantly. and Nicely!

Management started sending their little maintenance and bug spray notices all ripped up. Like Children.

They treated us like crap from the instant we signed the lease. Were so nice before we signed.

You'd be better off renting somewhere else.

Parking was a nightmare, People consistently parking behind other people. I was late so many times to work because of this. The separation between the floors is very thin' Real easy to hear people talking upstairs.

Constant Water bugs/roaches..

I can almost guarantee the positive reviews here are from the management/employees/corporate
