I recently left this complex, and not a second too soon. The day after I moved in I discovered this site and thought the comments and reviews would be unfounded, but HELL no they were not. The people known as the property management were and are imbeciles. They are currently going through great lengths to keep oour deposit and monies owed to us for vacating early. The billing for the water is included in your rent, so that alone should have been reason for alarm because they are trying to tell me that I used an average of $60 a month in water... can you say kickback from the water supplier'! The scraggly one known as Missy/Misty (whatever) is the most deceitful con in the game. These people are not competent enough to run in a race let alone a property of this size. In parting from this place I even had one of their employees to express the shady dealings that normally occur there. Although I am still disputing my issues with them I have submitted a very detailed and expressive letter to the one and only Clark Howard... we'll see. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and buy home before you lease from Euramex Properties.

100% correct. Too bad I did not see this review prior to moving in. Let me tell you "You get what you pay for. WARNING is correct!!! Stay AWAY from this place. Free rent don't be suckered!
