If you have read other people?s review, believe me, no one is exaggerating about this. Since I moved here last year. The following things occured.. Water in the master bathroom smells like dead eggs, water damages in the ceiling in the guest bedroom, maintenance kept spraying the ceiling until the ceiling started peeling because of both the rain and that stinking a** spray. You got cockroach that look like a mouse. I had a problem in the summer with the A/C. All management can do was put freon into the A/C until the A/C just gave up on them. Oh in the mist of that trouble, I had a 435.00 Electric bill because of that. If you call for service. You better follow up with that, it may take a month. I had an employee voice their concerns about that place, and she could not stand the place, eventually quit. I remember one day in the summer I was talking to Missy to have the manager (Janice Loudermilk) to call my house. She emailed her to call me ASAP, and I witnessed that. did not receive a response until 2 weeks later. All she can do was smile to my face and say there is nothing she can do. Now here?s a big one. How do they add water bill to the rent, and change the cable (Southeastern Broadband') on no notice what so ever. When my lease was up, I GET A BILL THAT I USED 135.00 OF WATER. 50-100 people don?t even use up 135.00 of water. And you wonder why the parking lot is empty.





Do yourself a favor, If you want to move to Lithia Springs, save your money, and go to The Columns at Sweetwater Creek. But on the other hand, if you want to live on "Nightmare On Elm Street," and deal with money grubbing, shady a**, no excuse, or no class of a management team, and you like to have a high bill for their screw-ups, then by all means go for it. I cannot count how many times I had run-ins I have had with corporate, and this stupid a** management team. Hampstead don?t even go through what we go through. Oh, and one other thing, how can they make you hold up your end of the lease when they don?t hold theirs. If I had the money earlier, I would have left a long time ago!
