I have been living in these apartments for 3 years now. When I first moved in management was very nice and things got taken care promptly. Since the management changed I have not enjoyed living here and I can't wait until my lease is up!! Like many others mentioned, I usually have to call the office at least 3 times with problems in my apartment before maintenence finally appears. I had a problem about a year ago with one of the security guards being VERY rude and disrespectful to me,and I spoke directly to the property manager and she told me she would get right back with me and I never heard from her again. I also had a big problem with the way they changed the cable,which is very lousy without any notice to the residents. As to the previous person who claims that people need to get a life,etc. I have paid my rent on time since I've lived here and I continually have problems with this complex. Its supposed to be a gated community,but anybody can get in, and they claim that is an ammenity.What the purpose of having a gate up I still don't know. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to move in. Oh, I can say one good thing about the complex,the flowers in front of the apartment are nice.I just looked at The Walton that they are building down the street and they are pretty nice, alot of apartment complexs are going up in this area try one of the others! Don't spend your hard earned money at Wesley Creekside.

I lived here at Wesley Creekside from 02/08 to 05/09. I signed a second least. The management here is so poor, I mean very poor! Laney Pritchett, the manager, is very rude and unprofessional. She doesn't want to have anything to do with the tenants besides taking their money. I made several complaints about the maintenance, neighbors(smoking marijuana)outside my door, and the things going wrong in my apartment from leaking toilet to non-working refrigerator, she doesn't give a damn about any of that. They just sit on their lazy behind and do nothing. I paid my rent on time every month, but I just couldn't take no more of this hell hole. I would just think about my credit later.I am in a much better place..higher rent though, but that is O.K. you get what you pay for. I will not refer anyone to this slum. The lady Teddy that works in the office is the only nice and professional person that works in the office. The other lady's..SUCKS! This place needs to be abandon. oh, another thing, you will lose sleep in the night because the neighbors over me and underneath me seems to be having a race-to see who can bang the walls the hardest(if you know what I mean). I can literally hear the people above/underneath me sneeze or cough, you can hear their entire conversation clearly. I am not lying here at all. It was a horrible experience at that place..and not to mention the loud music you hear from sun up to sun down. The people ride through the complex speeding with loud music booming while the kids are out side playing. It is not a safe place at all. Wesly creekside and Wesley Hampstead is under the same management, so I am pretty sure it is the same over there, the only difference is their apartments are well kept up and in better condition than Wesley Creekside..cost much more though. Please, this is a sincere warning for anyone who is relocating or looking for a home. Wesley Creekside is NOT the place. Good luck on your search!
