Your water bill will be outrageous! For a family of three in a two bedroom apt the average water bill was $80 a month. They measure only hot water and then multiply that amount by some number. They will take all of your deposit when you leave and say you owe them money. After being a loyal resident for 3 and a half years, we were told me owe them over four hundred dollars in damages. Example: $50-oven dirty, $30 freezer dirty, $370 to replace carpet that was old when we moved in. Believe this warning! They are uncomprising and do not treat residents well.
