I've been living at Wesley Creekside for a little over three years, and this will definitely be my last. I was very happy here for the first year and a half. Then they changed management. For the last year and a half I've had nothing but trouble. Trying to sign a new lease(my first experience with the new management), took 2 months, 3 phone calls and a visit to the office. I had overpaid my rent for the entire term of the previous lease and had been given no notice by anyone. When my apartment flooded for the second time due to an old hot water heater, I requested that my carpet be steam-cleaned(as had been done the first time it happened during my first lease), but the request was denied(which is why my carpet has basically rotted). When temperatures were in the 80's and I called to ask for air conditioner repair, I was told that they weren't repairing them at that time and I'd have to call back in a couple of months when they were. Now, it's the last straw. They decided to change cable carriers. It was effective 15 days ago, but I was never given any notice. When I called the company I previously had(and was still paying) to report my cable outage, I was informed of the change. I had to go to the leasing office to get the new company's number and was told that there had been "flyers in the breezeway" about the new company. I had to call to set up a new account...according to the new cable representative, my leasing office was supposed to provide me with forms so that the transition would have been seamless. I got no forms, no notice. I have to pay an installation fee for the new cable, and they can't be here to install it until Tuesday, so I'll be spending the next three days without cable thanks to my leasing office. If you want a great place to live, look elsewhere. This place isn't worth the headaches.
