I'M LOOKING TO MOVE NEXT MONTH AND ALOT OF THESE REVIEWS ARE RATHER OLD, I WANTED TO KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON OVER THERE NOW, BECAUSE I NOTICED A HUGE SIGN STATED THAT THEY WERE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT.
