I chose this complex because it is so close to my job. I am definitely moving out when my lease is up. I'd rather have a commute than the non-stop harrassment that's included when you live here. No to mention that the late fees and policy are the most ridiculous that I have ever seen. For all of the money that they charge, the service leaves so much to be desired. It takes several work orders, phone calls, complaints and weeks for ANYTHING to be repaired in my unit. However, they want their money on time or here come the erroneous fees! This is a VERY unprofessional, poorly ran complex with an insensitive, callous staff. I would never reccommend anyone to live here. The money you pay is SO not worth it.
