Not sure why there are all of these negative reports...

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
My husband & I have lived here since June 2000 and have not had any of the problems that these other current and former tenants are describing. Any problems that I have had, like a leaky water heater, were taken care of promptly. I have not had any problems with bugs except for the occasional cockroach after a lot of rain, and we are near a big patch of woods.
I do not have a lot of contact with the management, but I have never had a problem with them. My only complaints about the place are the way that they have recalibrated water usage and changed cable services without consulting the residents.
The buildings are older but fairly well-maintained, and this is the fifth apartment that I have lived in.
