Ive lived here for a little over 3 years and I dont think its that bad. The garbage is full alot and I've had more than one experience when I've called the leasing office to have something fixed and no one comes so I have to call again, but overall I guess I have been happy here. Water bill thing and cable sucks. I really miss that channel that tells you what is on every other channel. Its not the apartments fault that my upstairs neighbors are always thumping around in the middle of the night. Mabye it's because the last apartment I had was really roach infested and the guy above me kept a dog out on his deck all the time and the dog would piss down onto my deck but I think living here is ok.
