overall a decent place to live, a few problems with the fact that we are a gated community but people sit at gate while guards watch at 2 in morning till someone comes that does have a key, then just follows them in. the other problem ive had is that they have a referall program, in which i was told originally that after my friend was in for 30 days i would get a check for 300.00. after asking after 60 days about my check i was told "oh no they have to be in for 90 days then you get your check." it has now been 5 1/2 months and you guessed it no check. maybe i can get the 100 late fee they want to charge people if they pay late. haha. other than that, the location is good, it is kept pretty clean, and i havnt had a problem with noise or anything like that. we could use a few more parking places at my building but most of time i have no problems. they could consider using the guard shack for the purpose it was intended.
