Moved here in September of '02 from out of state. Very nice apartment, decent location, and well-maintained.

The front gate is one problem I had. It's really a joken and I don't know why it's even there. I think they've finally gotten this fixed so that you don't get locked in at night at least.

Management seems to be OK, but I never deal with them since I just pay my bills and mind my own business. I suppose if I ever had to go up there and complain about something I could comment on their cooperation.

The one gripe I have is all the kids. They bounce basketballs in the hall, yack to each other all afternoon after school. When I was moving in I had one of the little brats try to walk in to my apartment. It'as a great place I suppose if you have kids who need playmates. But if you're like me and you hate kids with no manners, you might want to take care in choosing an apartment away from the little runts. The place is infested with them. Lock your doors and park your car away from their play areas.
