I just wanted to respond to the previous rating reagarding "not worth the hassle". First of all I have been here 3 years and my rent has not increased in the last two years and in the first year it only increased by ten dollars, so I don't know what the other person is talking about. And as far as parties for the residents, they keep getting better and better. Last year we had a pool party that was catered and they served us while we sat in our chairs enjoying the beer and sun. That was the best party I have ever been to as long as I have been living in apartments. And as far as the staff they have always been professional and courteous. Maybe the person who said they were rude just had a major problem I quess he or she hates the world.. Yes the gates do break down sometimes but what mechanical thing doesn't. And last but not least the security staff has always been great there is not many communities that have it so he or she should be lucky to have them. If you look at all the previous ratings it obvious this person has a problem. I just want everyone to know that I would definetly recommend this community to anyone.
