Nice Apartment-- Poor Management

The apartments are VERY nice inside. Roommate floor plan has 2 masterbaths, very open, and some with a fireplace. There are different parking areas depending upon which building you are in. Some have 1 assigned parking spot, and others have open parking. The open parking area has plenty of parking. The staff is useless!! The community is pretty quiet, and normally kept up. When there is a mess that needs cleaned up, it has taken weeks.
I referred a friend to the complex, and filled out the paperwork for the $200 referal bonus... It took 4 months to get the check.
