I just so happened to see this website, because one of my neighbors told me about this web site. When I came into the apartment, things were handled professionally and consistently when I was living here(Thanks to Lisa and the old crew.)However I could not say the same thing for August 2003 through now. First off the apartment is really nice, and spacious to live in. But the problem is with the new office staff. When the staff kept changing, everything hit the fan. Yes, I had the usual issue like everyone else. But the major issue I had was that someone from the office came walking in my house TWICE IN THREE MONTHS WHILE I WAS SLEEP IN BROAD DAYLIGHT NO KNOCKS, NO NOTHING. The excuse I got both of the times from maintenance is: "I got the wrong apartment." First time ok, second time I have a problem with that. There were no work orders, or notices giving to me. I had reported this to the office staff, even went to the office to follow up on it. I was told that management would call me and follow-up with me about the issue.. Here we are three months later, and I STILL have not heard from managment about the issue. I know just about everyone in my building has either moved, or is planning to move within a few months due to management. Whomever let Lisa Cummings, and the old staff leave Hampstead is crazy for doing that.


To potential renters, If you planning on moving here, make sure you have video survelliance in your house when you are go to work, do not expect ANY follow-up from management if you call, also to renew your lease is a good hike as well. Check your water also I may wither be cut off in the middle of the day. Otherwise there are some new Apartments called Brodick Hill on Lee Road, and I-20 that you can try with no headaches.
