I rented my apartment in Feb of 2002. I have lived in this community almost 3 years. I have never seen a manager like Janise. She had a bad attitude ,she was rude and showed no concern whatsoever when I begged her to help me. She never returned my calls, I finally had to seen emails and copy the corp office before she paid attention to my concerns. I have several friends that lived in Wesley Creekside when she was the manager, they had the same opinion about her before I shared my experience. The staff working for her could never answer my questions, they would tell me she would call back. She never did. The turnover while she was there was unreal. It is beyond me why Wesley Hampstead would keep a manager that has had so many complaints against her. Thank God she is gone. Rhonda is the new manager and she is great. I will recommend giving Rhonda a chance. Unfortunately I cancelled my lease because of Janise so I will not be living in these apartments after may.
