I have complained SEVERAL as in 6 times about an issue i have. Let me tell you the story. Ok, my neighbor that lived across from me. (she finally moved) Halloween week she put out her pumpkins, and well left them to rot!!! Yea it was nasty!! I had to come home everyday and look at them and watch them turn green, get all fuzzy and crap!. We get a newspaper every month around the 1st weekend. And when they delivered our newspaper they brought it upon themselves to put the pumpkins in a bag. Thats fine, but the neighbor left it there to leak nasty crap all over the walkway!! Yea, you guessed it...I had to walk thru it EVERY DAY!!
Now its January 12th, 2005. Has this issue been taken care of''' HELL NO. I have left several messages and they NEVER GET RETURNED!!! I even called the Corporate Office, and that got me.....well NOWHERE!!! Rhonda is a good person. But as Manager....sorry YOU SUCK. And your staff needs to learn to help residents and get their issues resolved. Try doing follow up calls. That could be a good start.
So my lease is up in Feburary 2005 and I am already packing and moving stuff out. I will be free from this Hell of an apartment complex next month!!!
And the gates!! I dont even wanna go there. Thats gonna have to be another day!
