I was a resident of Wesley Hampstead, and I am not happy with the experience. I have a bit of advice. Never enter into any agreements with the Manager. The Manager has no control. I gave 60 day notice and was told by Rhonda(former manager) that I only had to pay a prorated amount of rent. I guess she gave me the incorrect information because a couple months after moving out I receive a bill for 300 dollars plus and it had been sent to collections. Each time I called Rhonda she said she would handle it. I even got her to write me a letter stating that my account was paid in full. There still was no resolution. I called Corporate they kept telling me to call the property and the property would tell me to call Corporate. It got to the point where I had to go ahead and pay the collection agency to aviod it going to my credit report, plus they cut the amount in half. I could have fought it, but I don't have the time or patience. The best thing I can do is advise anyone that is thinking about moving into Wesley Hampstead to think long an hard. You deserve better!!!!!!
