I was told to pay $400 dollars for a deposit but when I arrived to sign my lease they added on an extra $300!

Staff is slow and clueless. They are constantly changing people in the office, therefore no one knows anything about what's going on with your apartment. Paperwork can be lost

Maintenance is HORRIBLE, they are very, very slow to fix any problems you may have in your apartment. Most work orders take up to two weeks before any one comes to fix.

Good luck if you ever want to use the gym. It is always undergoing some sort of remodling (so they say) so it is never open. The few times I've been inside the gym always looks the same no sign of change.

Grounds are clean such as parking lot and first set of apartment units BUT if you live in any of the units behind the first set, the stairways are always littered with trash (cigarette butts, candy wrappers, etc.) And considering that Maintenance doesn't do a good job, don't expect it to be cleaned up anytime soon, you will probably have to pick up the trash yourself.

In my opinion you may want to shop around before coming to this place. DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER!
