IT's very unfortunate to be going through something like what you all are going through. It seems to me that you have a Property Manager that has lied on her resume, been fired from where ever she came from or is a disgruntled Realtor that failed at selling houses.
I witnessed all of what everyone said here on this site and I don't even live there. We loved what we saw driving through the property. Driving through at night it seem quiet and serene. We came the following day and tried to talk to someone from the Apartment managment to get a tour. The first lady saw us getting out of the car in front of the building and walked right past us not even saying that she would be back or if she even worked there. We then looked through the glass door to see if anybody was in the building and out came another lady seemed nice but she said that she didn't work there and was just doing reports for the company. LIAR!! a tenant told us that we were indeed speaking with the Apartment Manager. I don't know who hired her or why. You all need to have a meeting if the problems are as bad as you said they are. And there has to be some sort of privacy laws broken for posting names outside of residences. I know the Atlanta Apartment Association would love to hear about the problems your having. I know people there personally and they would not stand to have this management team in their association. They have a website and all of the players e-mails are right there to write. If you shout loud enough I'm sure heads will roll at your complex. I don't live there and I thought it was a shame to have such a beautiful place go to waste. Don't sit there and do nothing throw your rock in the pond and make some waves. Do me a favor and post the property managers name on here. he how she likes that.

Thank you very much for the information. I was in the process of responding to a recent posting by expressing that we need to do something about it. The complaints are too numerous to let things slide. We tend to complain but never put any action behind it. I've attempted to contact corporate and they seem to be just as narrow minded and lacking in customer service as ----...No wonder she feels she's right in what she is doing. I will definately contact the Atlanta Apartment Association and see how the neighbors would feel in uniting for better service.
