I made the mistake of moving out and returning for a second time. The second time I returned. I was told they did not have a copy of my notice. I provided a copy.
I moved out and tried to buy a house, guess what they attached a judgement to my credit report . They said I never provided a notice the first time I moved out.
They sherriff served the notice months after I had moved out. I knew nothing about the dispute until pulled my credit report 2 months ago I saw a judgement from 2001.
I was lived at the complex between the year 2003-2007. They have a lot of turnover in their leasing office. That's a red flag. You can never get an answer , if they answer the phone at all.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX THAT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. THE MANAGEMENT IS A JOKE. HOPEFULLY THEY WILL REPLACE--------. THAT WOULD BE THE FIRST STEP.
