I moved here in August 2007. Starting with what was pleasant about the apartments. The apartment itself, is actually ok. Its spacious just as advertised, luxarious maybe pushing it a little. Parking is great! To the BAD.. management is horrible! Obviously there is no communication between them because each time you talk to them someone is always telling you something different. I never had an official "walk through inspection". I had problems with the electricity in my bedroom. The heat doesn't work in my bedroom. After a month with it being put on a work order they finally sent out maintence. I was told that my apartment was wired funny and there was nothing they could do to fix the heat. Now after maintence has came and check it out, whenever i use both plugs on the wall, i lose all electricity in my bedroom and bathroom (something as small as phone chargers and a printer.) So all in all, its and ok place to live but i don't think i'll be renewing my lease!
