Pretty BAD, but not the WORST! (very close)

I moved into this complex last April. On the day I was signing my lease two current tenats begged me not to move in. Despite their ernest plea for me to stay far away from this property, I still moved in. It was shortly after my move in day that I realized that everything is heavenly prior to signing the lease, then it is as if the atmosphere turned into HELL not seconds after the ink had dried. Everything I was promised before moving in NEVER HAPPENED. The first apt they moved me into spelled like spoiled milk and the appliances were dingy and out of order. I moved into another apt that was more spacious and lacked the smell of old baby formula. It was better, but things got worst. I never had a walk thru, the a/c didnt work in my guest room or living room.. (took 2 months to fix) Management is TERRIBLE and rude! The only person I like in the office was WHITNEY, she was very helpful in many situations. okay... now the community was decent when I moved in, but soon turned into "the hood." If your okay with that.. then by all means, you will be comfortable. NOT I! I WOULD NEVER ALLOW ANYONE THAT I CARED ABOUT TO MOVE IN HERE.

I am the manager Lanie and as my point of view if it was me moving into an apartment 1st of all I would not move in to soemthing without doing a walk thru with someone. If there was not anyone available then I would do it myself and make sure everything worked before moving into an apartment.We offer the 24 hour maintenance which you as a resident should have followed up with that instead of waiting.

I did follow up with the office regarding the false "24 hour maintenance" several times. Each time I was told that it would be fixed. Because I had a life, I could not run to the office every second. I did my job as a tenant and your office did not follow through with their part. Nonetheless my opinion about this property and the MANAGER (if thats what you want to call her) still remains the same. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and TACKY!

I agree the "24 hour manintenance" is a joke. He lives in Kennesaw so how is he available to us when we need. I continously have to put in work orders and basically keep showing up at the office in order to get something fixed in the aparment. The service is horrible!!
