The worse place I have ever lived. Gun shots in the night, cars getting egged, the manager of Wesley Hampstead is never there and has never walked around to meet us. There is alot of cursing in the office. The only way to get anything done is to call corporate office. I am told all good straff gets terminated if nice to residents. Gates never work. Dog feces all over and told too bad if we don't like it find the dog that did it. It is not their job to clean it up even if in front of walk way. Robbery not reported. Sometimes 2 weeks without AC. Told there is not money to repair and lied to all the time. Move in gifts never given by management as told.

I agree with most of this review.. but not all of it. Were there really gunshots? because I've never heard them.. but this could be true.

I kinda agree as well. but i never heard gunshots either. I mean, come on now, we live in lithia springs for godsake. Also, if u dont wanna see dog feces, move to a place where pets are not allowed. The leasing office has been nothing but nice to us since we moved in. There are somethings they just cant control. My AC was fixed the VERY next day after it broke. I never heard any cursing in the office and the managers truck is there everytime i ride by. the gates r always broken i have 2 agree with that. But robbery happens when u allow people 2 see whats inside of ur home. Note: keep the company out!!....and I GOT MOVE IN GIFTS!! tee-hee
