I have lived in these apartments for 1 year. My move in experience was horrible. I was guaranteed a walk in level apartment. I had to drive to the apartment myself and then let management know that the apartment was on the 2nd floor. They told me that it was a mix up on their paper. This was 1 week before I was scheduled to move and I was told that I would have to wait 2 weeks to get my deposit back. They told me that I could move into a 2 bedroom until a 3 bedroom was available and then move again at my expense. They also had not allowed me to see the apartment because it was incomplete. My roommate and I went to the apartment on our own and the maintenance man let me in. The apartment was still filthy from the last resident. Needless to say, we had a roach infestation when we moved in and it lasted for 2 months. The roach eggs had hatched and it was horrible. They were even in the refrigerator. I wrote letters to the corporate office and even called. Nothing was done. The entire complex is straight hood. There are too many kids and rude teenagers that stand around using profanity and roaming the streets. The noise level is high. I miss my old apartment that were very quiet. I am Ready to Move NOW!

I truly understand. All they care about is money, money, money. They could are less about their residents and forget about any maintenance request. I definitely will not renew my lease when it is up. I can't wait. It was getting better when Lanie took over then they transferred her. God only knows what it will be like this year.

I had a similar situation with move-in issues. They told me I had a 1st floor apartment with an alarm, but the week I was to move from NY I was told it was on the 2nd floor and smaller than what I was promised. I also had a roach infestation throughout the fall season. They were crawling through my vents (I was told by maintenance they were water bugs - WATERBUGS MY ASS!!!). Needless to say, I closed all of my vents and covered them with clearwrap!!! I'm in the process of looking for apartments now before my lease is up this summer.
