Please read the section in you lease reguarding how they charge you for water! You may pay a standard rate monthly, but if you go over that rate, you won't know until you move OUT. So every month that you go over, you will not recieve a bill, they just continue to add it up until you decide to leave the god forsaken place (bill could be $400). So, you may be in for a sweet surprise water bill! For all you know, you could be using less and they wouldn't tell you (may be charging more if they choose). Had I know that they wouldn't tell me what my usage was, I would have never signed the lease.
