First off, when we first moved in they promised us a walk in level if one came available before our move in date. However when we were about to move in one came available and they did not notify us we just happened to over hear a staff member saying that one was available.

Maintainence is horrible. We had to enter a work request twice before anyone even came by our apartment and spent the entire first month of our lease without a working oven. Then we had a leak from our fridge that turned out to be the ice maker. They disconnected it and never came back to fix it that was about a month before the ending of our lease.

The staff is both inconsistent and unprofessional. You have one person telling you one thing on Tuesday afternoon and another person telling you an entirely different thing on Tuesday evening. They constantly have their children running around the office harrassing tenants.

One staff member in particular, I believe her name is Whitney, is incredibly rude. Tenants have their dogs poop right outside your patio if you are a ground floor resident. I have complained several times however nothing has been done about it. They don't clean their pool. The roaches run rampant. Drug dealers post up practically at your door. You know they're drug dealers because they're not at work at 2pm in the afternoon or doing something constructive.

Read your lease carefully. They will try to force you to keep an apartment you do not need. They rarely give notices regarding anything because the lease stipulates that they have the "right" to, that means that they don't have to.

The lease is bogus, the property is bogus the staff is bogus. Don't live here.

I agree with you 100%. When I moved into my apartment there was a hole in one of the bedroom doors and they promised to fix it. I am schedule to move out in september and the hole is still there. They have gone through 3 managers since I've been here and each time it gets worse. I would never recommend anyone stay here.

Wow... I must live in the "good" building... lol, like yourself, I've had problems with inconsistency with the staff, therefore I only deal with one person Whitney.. I was shocked to hear that she is the rude one, because the entire 2 years I have lived here, she is the only one with sense! Maintence is horrible.. but when they don't move fast enough, I go above the office (to the corporate office). Sorry you had such a bad stay, good luck in the future... I'll be outta here in January!!!

GET OUT NOW!!! I know what a nightmare it is. I lived from 7/2006 to 12/2006. The property Mgr.named Rhonda. We relocated from Fl, our first incident happed the day we moved in. My daughter and I went to enjoy the balcony when we heard the upstairs dog. He urinated and defecated on the porch which then landed on my three year daughter eye. I was furious. I went to the office they moved us and we had to re-hire another moving company to move us again. A week later my daughter got a horrible infection. When I spoke to management they said they where not liable for anything. While our beautiful stay; the toilet was constantly broken, Garbage disposal didn't work and was replaced after three weeks, Dishwasher didn't work and it took them a month to replace. Also every afternoon when you come home from work you will find a group teens smoking weed out side the building. This was only the six months experience of GA. I spoke to management and we came to an agreement that I could break my lease if I paid two months in advance. I left and never looked back until now.. They have me in collections for roughly $2,300. I will fight these scum bags even if I have to work all of my life to pay the attorney's.. I feel bad for those good people who are still stuck in that crappy place. E-mail me if you are interested in forming a group and taking this to an authority that will stop them from trapping other people.

I agree, they are not cut and dry with people. I do make you think you need to stay which is not true.
