Bad neighborhood

We lived there for a year and were pretty happy until crime kept increasing--a resident was robbed at gunpoint a few months ago. The management is good about keeping the residents informed, but the location (tucked away in the woods) makes it an attractive target for crime, unfortunately. The maintenance was outstanding and office staff friendly and helpful, but I can't recommend this place.
