the gate has not worked in months, they have switched ownership and its gooten bad, real bad, kids running around all hours of the night, hanging in the parking lot, sitting on your cars, leaving trash all over,then the louisiana folks are here and its just gotten to be poor as hell, shots been fired, folks been robbed, apts. been broken into and a DAM COP LIVES HERE. I WENT AND GOT MY PERMIT SO IF THEY TRY MY DOOR ITS ON !!!!!!!!!!!!!! THE OFFICE STAFF AINT WORTH A BUCK. YOUNG AND STUPID AND CARRY A ATTITUDE ALSO. BOTTOM LINE ITS USED TO BE NICE BUT ITS LONG GONE, MOVE FURTHER OUT TO STONE CREST FOR A NICE ,QUIET , LIVING WITH TRUE PROFESSIONALS.PS. THE RENT IS TOO DAM HIGH AND YOU HAVE TO PAY SEWER TOO !!! AS IF ITS A DAM HOUSE.ALSO EVERYBODY HAS A DAM DOG,N0 LEASH LAW AND THEY JUST RUN AROUND LIKE THERE OWNERS.

This has to be the very worse place that I have ever lived, I would not recommend this place even for the $200 cash that they offer. The management is horrible, the majority of the people are horrible. You can complain all day and night you will get nothing but more noise and no help. I have to make it another few months here, therefore I am praying that I can without getting broken into. I can only imagine that this is like living in the projects. Do not move in this place you will not have any peace until the day you move out
