Arbor Crossing Apartments in Lithonia,GA is nestled in one of the most beautifully wooded areas that I have ever seen in Dekalb County. The landscaping is great, the community is spacious, and it is a great environment for childeren. Sounds great huh... guess again, for all of its greatness, Arbor Crossing is just as terrible because of the serverely inept managment that is in place at the leasing office. Inadquate, uninformed, unprofessional, unprepared, clueless, and lost are just some "nice" words that come to mind when describing this "Dream" management team. From top to bottom the owners of the property have to be either kindred or romantically involved to have individuals of this poor caliber running a operation such as this one.

Poor communication in the office, terrible reply time, no clues about utilities that they are supposed to handle, and unprofessionalism. These individuals don't deserve to manage the local sandbox at the nearest park.

Unless you just want to live in Lithonia and desperately need a place to stay, I would in no way consider, or give second thought to staying in this community. These characters give property management a bad name.
