I did not get past go....I strongly recommend get all rates (rent,utility,deposits) in writing. Because the rate I was promised was higher when it was time for me to sign the lease. Honestly, the apts. are not worth the extra money. I was going to move because it was a "bargain." Even if its a bargain, you're getting less than what you pay for. The apartment were really nice perhaps 20 years ago. I believe most of the apartments have the original appliances. I had heard about break ins - as they "nestled" in the woods - in other words "tucked away." The model is nice, but don't be fooled by that - make sure you see available apartments prior to starting the application process. I knew about these apartments for many years, but was going to touch it out because of the advertised special. Honestly, anyone would have to be a fool to rent these apartments at market rate. There are so many better choices near Stonecrest. My advice: Keep Looking and that is from someone that has been in Lithonia since 1994. Native of Ga.
