Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
I have lived in Ashley Vista Apartments for 3 years. I have never been in an apartment complex where they did not have an area that residents could utilize for an event. Their reason was that it was too close to the actual leasing office. This reason should not be at an inconvenience to the residents. Also, I can hear everything that goes on in my neighbor upstairs apartment. I think that the walls are made of paper.
