I have lived at ASHLY VISTA for nearly three years. In those three years as a resident, the Management and Maintenance crew have done a great job with keeping the property clean and well kept to make it a pleasant place to return home to each day.

I have always known the Maintenance Crew to respond to all of my emergencies and I have noticed that they are all very friendly to the residents. In fact, many residents know them by their first name which is often warm and comforting when away from your home. If any maintenance is done, a note is left for the resident.

Also, Management has recently upgraded the property with a new paint job to give the residents a warm viewing. Mangement ensures that the property is well lit, alleyways are kept clean, and trees are cut back and low for residents to clearly observe their surroudings. The property provides trash pick-up five days a week. In my three years as a resident, Management has continued to make efforts to make ASHLEY VISTA the place to live.

For future residents, ASHLY VISTA is beautifully designed, very upscale, and has spacious size rooms to accommodate small and large families.

In my opinion, there will always be traffic on any apartment property, however; it takes all of us and not just management to keep a place safe. In my three years on the property, I have witnessed Management consistent efforts to address resident concerns at ASHLY VISTA to make it a safe and comfortable place to return home to daily.

The property is very well kept and I only have had to contact Maintenance a couple of times and they were timely and efficient. Also, Management has always responded to my concerns on the property to provide the necessary customer service needed. I believe Management continues to make ASHLY VISTA safe and comfortable to live for all of its residents.

Last year, I moved from a two bedroom to a one bedroom apartment and Managment was very accommodating. I thoroughly cleaned and mopped my apartment and that left it in good standing. I really think that benefited me and I did get a refund of my deposit from the two bedroom apartment.

To all new residents seeking a home, take the time to come out to ASHLY VISTA, meet Mangement, the Maintenance crew, view the beautification of the property, view the spacious apartment plans, and see how it fits your style. ASHLY VISTA is a large size property, washer and dryer hook-up in units and a laundry room on the property as well. ASHLY VISTA has several community features that you can enjoy; a large size pool, it is near public transportation (bus line), it has a nice size tennis court, and a nice fitness center that the entire family can appreciate. It can be a lovely place to call home.

LOL!!! this is obviously posted by managment. So you're saying there's nothing wrong with these apartments? lmao! The apartments are just perfect? Nothing bad to say about managment? This whole review is about how great managment/maintenance is! What a joke! It sounds more like an add for the apartments to lure in potential renters

i have to agree. this is not for real. why is ASHLY VISTA in caps throughout the whole 5 page review? i hope some REAL tenants respond.
