I have not moved out yet. When I first moved in I thought I looked neat and quiet and crime free. A month after I moved in I noticed molding in every crack. Clorox alone can not get rid of all the mold thats in this place. Apartently the people who live above me had a flood and no one informed me but of course I found out because everytime I go to bed I see this incredibly large black spot on the roof. The toilet is always stopped up. Even if only one ply of tissue has been flushed. The tub for some reason has this brown stain that cannot be scrubbed off. Even if I use a brillo pad and a scrub brush. And out of the blue there was a shortage and half the apartment had no electricity. Maintenance was notified they came didnt do anything and never came back. One good thing I can say bout this complex is maintenance jumps when you call them but for them to actually deal with the issues thats another story. Maintenance has came to my apartment everytime I needed them to at an appropriate time but for them to actually fix things thats another story.
