I haven't been a resident here for very long, however in the short time I have been here I have had to have maintenance come to my apt. several times for various things. The response is quick, but they do a BOOTLEG job. The tubs are really old and they have painted over them so now they look really old and dirty no matter how much scrubbing you do. I don't feel comfortable taking a bath in the tub. The floor boards are warped throughout the apt. Maintenance did a very sloppy paint job. I am always having to scrap up paint in my bathrooms. They painted over the ground vault protection plugs. What good is it if it can't protect you. They have also painted over the sprinkler in the laundry room which houses the furnace. Let's hope there is never a fire in there. I guess the old saying is true "you get what you pay for". I wouldn't tell anyone not to move here, but I will say check your apt. out thoroughly before you move in because they will try to give you anything.
