I was very unhappy with the staff, especially with my leasing consultant Tamika. We are unfairly charged an admin fee of a $100.00 and did not have an apartment lined up for us. I felt as if they were running a scam in order to get the 100.00. I have to say beware and get everything in writing and sorted out before you send in your $100.00

I am 20 and am going to go for my first place. I was really ready to settle with creekside corners but am now having second thoughts. The ratings are horrible. I have allready given my app fee. which was 60 dollers. They say once you have viewed the apartment. If you like it and get it in the first 24 hrs after viewing they waive the app fee. I wasnt told about this until the 48 hr. I am wondering if it was a scheme to get me for 60 extra bucks. I had the money the first day and the leasing consultant insited that i wait. I am confused. Dont put yourself in the same situation as me. ASK QUESTIONS, BE ADAMENT. Also i have now paid 235 dollers and i dont have an apt lined up. Nor do i know if i have been qualified. I havent even been told a deposit. My very experience which i hoped to be my best may now be my worst. KNOW WHAT YOUR GETTING INTO. READ ALL PAPERWORK AND REMEMBER ASK QUESTIONS OR YOU JUST MAY BE SORRY!!!!!!!!! Ha and here is the best part. Iam now being rushed if i want the special to get in by the 31st!!!
