This is in reference to the comment made on behalf of Turnberry Place. The administration fee that is charged of $100.00 is a refundable fee if you are denied, if you move in the fee is a credit towards your 1st month rent. So there is no way of any schemes going on. We are an A class community that strives for excellence.
