I moved into Turnberry thinking, "Wow! This place has everything!" Including lies, deceit, discourteous neighbors, noise, unhelpful staff... The list goes on.

I moved under a "special" where the rent for my 2 x 2 was reduced by about $300/month. I thought that was a deal until I had to break my lease!!!! I lost my job and ended up moving away from Georgia. I had NEVER been late on my rent and had NEVER had any problems with the staff...until the day I moved out. Having already given sufficient notice, I was told that in order to break my lease, I would forfeit my deposit and owe one month's rent for early termination. I even stated this in my notice submitted to management. They agreed to the terms outlined in the letter as I was TOLD by them that would be the penalty. I may as well have stayed there. I received a collections letter demanding $3000...the difference in the regular rent rate and the reduced (special) price. I was livid!!! They put this on my credit report as well!!!!

While I lived there, I had to deal with my neighbors CONSTANTLY walking back and forth over my head. Since the buildings are so cheaply and poorly constructed, I heard EVERY single noise in the apartment above me. How does a child manage to run back and forth in a 2 x 2' And the husband walked from 6 in the morning until 8 in the evening when his wife picked up and walked until 3 A.M. I reported the noise to "security" or whoever they were supposed to be at least 3 times. Each time I was told that my complaints would be investigated and that if the neighbor above me received a certain number of complaints, they would be written up. That NEVER happened. In fact, my neighbor actually had the nerve to walk downstairs, knock on my door, and confront me about my complaints! That's when I found out that other neighbors had the SAME complaints!

And the so called "fitness facility'" It's a joke! I joined Crunch instead. The equipment (what little they had) was either broken or invisible!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!
