I lived in Turnberry (now Creekside Corner) for almost 3 years before I purchased my home. When I moved in I loved it...maintenance, cleanliness, children & animal friendly, ground patrol (reguarly), work-out classes, staff. Towards the end of my stay, I could not wait to leave. I paid a pet deposit shortly after I moved in, about a year later they claimed I never paid it and threaten to evict me if I did not pay the $300.00 deposit again. After a long battle they located the records stating it was paid in full...no apology. Once I lost my keys to the mailbox. The box was full so the maintenance took it upon themselves to take my mail to the office and left me a note to pick it up there. I went to the office to get my mail (becuase there was several things I expected to receive..including money)the maintenance man remembered bringing it in, but the office didn't know what they did with it. Again, another long battle this time resulting in never locating my mail and no apology, replacement or anything from Apt. There is some many other instances I could talk about, but it really isn't necessary. All I can say is I hope the new management is better.

Nope! New Management Awful, All I can say, It would take too much time and energy to let you know everything. Sorry I don't have that much time. But, I'm a good person I like to help others, I promise you that this information will help you if you listen. DO NOT MOVE TO CREEKSIDE CORNERS APARTMENT! The crime rate is ridiculous and if anyone comes behind me and deny it, please check with the local police station. And read the reports about the break-in and stolen property. I'm talking about big stolen property, CARS, RIMS,COMPUTERS, The office will deny it but, the record will prove it!!!!!!! Then the insect issue! It is beyond a issue. You will be dealing with spiders and ants! I'm talking big black spiders! No joke, Yea, you have the option of having pest control every week but, it's something about the spiders, they are hard to get rid of. The apartments are very compact. The model is not the actual size of your apartment. They are expensive, hood, and ghetto fabulous! They manager and staff will not help you with anything! besides charging you for whatever they think they can put a price tag on. They charged me because my tire was on flat and It was sitting in front of my apartment for 3 days. Well, I had to wait to get it fixed because I was waiting for pay check. But, these people don't care about you. Honestly, It's the worst place I've lived. So if you take the reviews seriously, you will seriously walk away and never look back. If you listened this will help. Help make a life decision that will save you money and drama, pain and trouble. Be good folks and God bless you with your apartment search!
