I am a current resident at Creekside Corners.I can tell you when I first viewed the apts, the leasing consultant took me to a model apt which was set up really nicely. She was overly nice and so was the staff. The office is so cute and neat. Its all a gimmick!! When we moved in the apt was dirty, no one came from the Cares team to welcome us as they promised. There were bugs specifically ants and ear wigs throughout. Whenever I have a problem I get the runaround. "Oh someone is coming","Im soo sorry",We'll be there as soon as possible. I am so sick of them. No one cares at that ofc. I must say that there is a new mgr who seems to care when ever they let you speak to her.Its like she is the Pope and under guard or something. I cant wait until I move. I cant take the ants and the unprofessionalism. Do yourself a favor and purchase a home!!Dont move here, you will regret it!!

I totally agree! It is NOTHING like you would expect it to be!!! I live here right now and I HATE it !!!! these people are all about the money !!! They don't care who gets hurt behind their little scheme, they just want to collect a check!!! It is very high in CRIME by the way!!!!! People have reported stolen cars and broken into apartments.. It is Just plain out TERRIBLE!!!!! Their is nothing courteous about this $#!* Hole!!!!! I am so disappointed and very much so REGRET moving here!!!! PLEASE do yourself and keep on Looking! ANY TIME SPENT LOOKING ELSE WHERE IS MUCH WORTH IT!!!!!!!

I am outta here when my lease ends!! Of course they are already trying to butter me up..talking about how wonderful renting is vs. having all of the responsibilities of buying a home. They are so full of it!!

This place is horrible!!!! Run and don't stop!! They have great big spiders living in your apartment. I agree about the high rated crime. People be breakin in yo ----! Katrina is the manager and she just fat and lazy as she wanna be. And they brought a new ugly ----- in by the name of Cherita, She will do whatever it takes to collect a check. They don't care if yo apartment caught fire, they would make you pay for that too. I'm not kidding, I hate these tricks! You can't even get the regional manager to help you, her fat ass is just about taking yo money tooo, her name is Faye Shaw! The apartments are hecka small, crime is high, the pest are not under control, the water will cost you a arm and a leg. The rent is ridiculous and oh, no don't be late, You will be assed out when they get through charging yo ass! Anyway, everything the people have said above is true, so true, I feel sorry for all of you. I just got out of my lease! I just couldn't deal with that! I'ts trully been the worst place ever! run and keep running!
