I am currently a resident and my car was broken into and i didn't receive an apology or anything. Honestly the apartments are not worth it!! I always get the run around on questions. You'll pay way too much for an apartment so small with terrible management.

I am so sorry to hear that!! I know they sent the letter out saying that we are responsible for our safety. We pay way too much money not to have decent security. And dont even mention the gate... it's a big,fat joke!! All of my friends and family laugh when they come because usually they just come right in and knock on my door when I have told them to call me from the gate,lol! That's ridiculous. Well, my lease is up soon and I am leaving. Times up!! Good luck!!

I am currently a resident of Creekside Corners and have been for 3 yrs, I also received the letter regarding the breakins, I do not expect the office to apologize for your car being broken into because they did not break into your car. The gates are just a false sense of security, we do not live on Glenwood Rd so why should we have the armoured men sitting at the gate. I think that is just plain ghetto. I do not want to come feeling like I live at Eastwyck or like im in a jail. I tell you what why dont you move to Buckhead and see how many breakins you get over there, if they even give you the courtesy of informing you at all. I think you all are just trying to find someone to blame for your unhappiness.

I totally agree with the last response. The people in the office are not responsible for our safety. I moved in a little over a year ago from a house. I have lived in an apartment before and this is the best experience I have had. Everyone that i have spoke to in the front office is always professional. I have heard others in there screaming at them over something that they had nothing to do with and they never lost their cool. They tried to help as much as they could in the given situation. I know they have gone through staff changes but I have never had a problem. I feel that they do care about what goes on at the property. Everyone that has something negative to say are just looking for something to complain about. Issues may vary but the customer service remains consistant in the office.

anonymous are the people working for the apartment company. Trust me I work for them and I AM LEAVING SO HOLLA! you guys are fat, ugly, and off the chain. your apartments are gonna go down because you all are nothing but a bunch of money hungry -------!!!!! Yep, Cherita and Katrina all you guys are lazy! You can't get New people in to keep the freakin Quota up, so what do you do. You harrass the innocent Tenants who trusted you! Hmmm, this place is Bogus Guys, Run for your lives!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now Anonymous, mind your bizness and stop tryin to cover up yo ----! Cause it Stinks!!!!!! Peace -------!!!!!
