I guess I am shocked to see the staff responding so negatively to the comments on here but I guess that is why their uneducated behinds are working in a leasing office and not a corporate office. Working in a leasing office is the equivalent of working at the mall. It's a cool place to hang out and you don't have to use your brain. Notice that noone in the office has a college degree; that speaks volumes. They are unable to handle anything larger than their brains. They have no management skills at all. The property is a newly painted, section 8, drug rehabilitation facility and thug training camp. The property represents the staff, ghetto meets ghetto. A bunch of single mothers with no aspirations to be anything more than employed hoodrats. This will anger only those who represent what I am stating. If you are angered, then I know you are a part of the ghettoness this property entails. When you are comfortable in your ghetto mess, why change it' The residents need to be aware that this is a breeding ground for the future trash that continues to pull Black neighborhoods down. Until management changes, this community will continue to deteriorate and so will our Black youth. Good luck if your lease is not up soon.

I am about to move here so im not sure if any of this is true BUT you sound ridiculous!!! Ghetto im not but a single mother I AM with a Master's Degree. You sound angry do yourself and the rest of the single mothers living here a favor LEAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!

AMEN TO THAT...I am a prospective renter...holding a bachelors degree at the age of 23. I am also a single mother and I have dreams and aspirations that I am on my way to obtaining. We are NOT the problem in the black community, ignorant individuals like you are. Instead of making comments about others personal lives, maybe you should do what people should come on here to do WHICH IS RATE THE APARTMENT! NOT TO BE CRITICS ABOUT PEOPLE AND THEIR PERSONAL SITUATIONS! THANK YOU
