I lived at Creekside Crossing for appx 3 years. Up until I moved out I thought I would be writing an excellent review, unfortuately when I moved out my impression changed. Management appeared very tenative and responded to all issues within a timely matter. Only complaints are:
Upon move out I was charged a $25 carpet cleaning fee. After 3 years of occupancy one would only think the carpet would be cleaned for the next tenant. I tried to settle this disagreement with the property manager but she (Katrina) basically laughed in my face.

One other thing to be mindfull of: The gates malfunction quite a bit. On several occassions the tenants awoke to there pricey cars sitting on bricks. Check with City of Lithonia police department for confirmation.

Upon move out my rent increased from $655 to $795 (month to month rate).
As far as the gym condition...Kids were allowed in the gym all times of the night, I notifed mgmt but nothing was ever done therefore, damaging the equipment.

The car situation has it been resolved or does this still happen. I just moved in and I was wondering if I needed to install an additional alarm on my vehicles.

Only happened when the gates were broken...Which was quite often. Mgmt did install camera so if it if happens hopefully they will be able to apprehend the suspects.
