They are truly unorganized. It looks great from the outside, but paper work and management needs to be better. I stayed there for two years and soon as I moved out they tack on all these fees as if there is not wear and tear.

Please add your names to these so that Harbor managment can get a real understanding of how terrible the service here is. Its a sin and shame that the mananagement has not inproved despite the numerous poor reviews. Dalia Henry
