Roaches, car brake ins, car theft, over priced, money hungry, and the schools zone for the area are poor. MLK is in no child left behind, Elem. school is poor as well. Looks good on the outside but trust me you will be very upset, it's very hood. People smoking weed, and walking all time of night. Not kid friendly at all. Don't be late with rent because the late fees should be against the law. They will find a way to get more money out of you. Not worth it for the money, take your money and go down father towards stonecrest. RUNNNNNN!!!!!!

Thanks for your post. I stopped by last week, but I DIDN'T apply for the apartment or give them a security deposit. I had asked Ayanna about how they handle the noise (loud music) and she treated it like it was a minor issue. She didn't seem serious about handling complaints. She also tried to trick me into believing they had this channel that I wanted that is only available via Comcast Channel line up. BY THE WAY YOU CAN'T GET COMCAST CABLE AT THIS PROPERTY!! They Use AT&T and Direct Path. Of course I called the AT&T U-Verse and the Direct Path Satellite company to verify and as I already knew they did NOT have the channel! She also kept running around in circles not answering my questions about when 2 bedroom apartments would be available for move in. My policy is: DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY to apply for an apartment until AFTER the APT complex agents can show you the ACTUAL apartment that you are interested in renting AND is available to MOVE IN NOW. Do NOT SIGN THE LEASE until after you see the ACTUAL Apartment that you are going to rent and it HAS TO MEET ALL OF YOUR QUALIFICATIONS that you specifically told them you wanted. Afterwards you can give them the money if everything is LEGIT. Also read the Apartment Ratings. Call the police department to check the crime in the area AND at the APT COMPLEX. I also only choose to live on the TOP level, windows MUST FACE the parking lot to see my car. If you love peace and quiet don't live next to a playground, swimming pool, tennis court or facing the Interstate or live near train tracks etc. Don't live somewhere where there are LOTS of kids. Visit the properties more than once and at different times and days to see what goes on there, how the grounds are kept, people coming and going, loitering, loud music and for the smell of dope smoking. In these days and times PEACE, QUIET AND SAFETY are at the TOP of my list.
